The Guadiana water system dominates the region with the river running for approximately 500 miles running from East to West. With damming to enable Hydroelectric power, a myriad of unspoilt lakes and reservoirs were formed. | |

The largest of these is the Orellana which is full of a huge range and variety of completely wild fish including Carp, Tench, Pike and Bass, all adding up to the perfect angling destination. |
